Every target stands on a measured set
There is no default "start with ten". You do one measuring set, taken to the point where your form would start to break, and every later target is built from that number.
The numbers show their working
Weight moved comes from measured ground-reaction ratios and energy from published MET values. Where no published figure exists, the field shows a dash and says why.
A rise you can survive
The target goes up by one rep only when you report reps left in reserve, and a weekly jump in volume is held back before it crosses the acute:chronic workload ceiling.
Sore days, rest and records
A sore-day discount lowers today's target alone. Between sets there is a rest timer, and behind them day, week and month history with personal records and streaks.
